As the application does not look very fancy  
(http://lashwhip.com/grpn.html) I think it might be quite easy. The  
hardest part is finding somebody willing to do the work for you. Or you  
could try it yourself.
You could try to contact the original author also. As the latest version  
of this port is from 2002 I don't know how active he is on this project  
nowadays.
