I have been scouring the release notes, FAQ, and handbook, as well as mailling lists but I have been unable to determine the status of PCI sound support, specifically for 3.1. Should I go ahead and try to find an ISA sound card or can I get a PCI card (such as Soundblaster 128PCI) and be reasonably certain of its working?
