Don't shout please :)

Thanks for including all the files and error messages, but one
important thing you failed to mention was the version of FreeBSD you
are using.

OK, your config file looks fine except remove

controller  	aha0

you already have the correct line (device  aha0) although this is not
the cause of the problem.

Try building it again, but using ``-r'' with config(8) and don't
forget ``make depend'':

    # cd /sys/i386/conf/NewKernel
    # /usr/sbin/config -r NewKernel
    # cd /usr/src/sys/compile/NewKernel
    # make depend
    # make
    # make install
