Cool... finally we have blast in ports tree! :) The bioinformatics arena is almost dominated by various Linux distributions, which also brought countless administration head aches. I tended to heal the pain by introducing FreeBSD, but unfortunately lack of several import parts like blast, up-to-date emboss, or just a pascal compiler... frustrated me even more.
