Do You plan to do this? I'm saying just for ports, not for kernel binary compatibility, ports system just has support for 6.4+, so compat4x and compat5x will be certainly removed one of these days. compat3x was marked as DEPRECATED and had an EXPIRATION_DATE set for 2 months, and during this time, nobody complained about it. Users who want compat3x can checkout Attic from ports collection cvs server and install the port. - -- Renato Botelho <garga @ FreeBSD.org> <garga.bsd @ gmail.com> GnuPG Key: http://www.FreeBSD.org/~garga/pubkey.asc Philosophy, n.: The ability to bear with calmness the misfortunes of our friends. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.16 (FreeBSD) iEYEARECAAYFAkzX6NkACgkQ6CRbiSJE7anX5ACgkKpJl57Tyb6AZ7qg3n/vxMOP p40Ani4jHcK5EwJqj9KsyfnQW7IyW1U4 =Cs7x -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
