Hi all,

A new bsd.sanity.mk file has been added to the ports tree.
This file is there to contain all the sanity check code for the ports tree
As well as user configuration warning.

Every one will receive warnings as soon as the configuration in make.conf are
deprecated.

If you are a port maintainer you might be interested in adding DEVELOPER=yes
into your make.conf, this will advertise you about the use of deprecated
features, as well as the use of unsupported features.
