Namely /usr/local/share/games/tksol. Would /usr/local/libdata be more/as appropriate? There must be other tcl programs in the same situation of wanting a tcl-version independent directory, not all of which may be games. At the moment I'm thinking of the one I just imported (games/tvp) which installs into libdata, but mostly because that's what it does by default and I couldn't think of anything better to change it to. It can be changed to share/games/tvp in one line... The last time I brought this question up was before the great tcl/tk debacle; no comments then. Niether directory is in mtree, of course... :( -- tIM...HOEk OPTIMIZATION: the process of using many one-letter variables names hoping that the resultant code will run faster.
