> You set WITHOUT_GAMES, that is why it is not there.

That is why it is not in _BASE_ (opposite to "and is already in base").
But "Non-base distributions produced by the base system" sounds for me
as "GAMES" is non-base distribution.

ps: I'm just wondering what is where.
