Jun 7 13:37:50 pooh inetd[82287]: warning: /etc/hosts.allow, line 5: host name/address mismatch: 24.226.1.11 != mail.cgocable.net I'm confused as to how to not get these error messages?? I have no control over someone else's broken DNS. What am I supposed to do to work around the error? This happens every time an external client attempts to connect to a service here, (fielded by inetd). for reference line 5 in /etc/hosts.allow is: ALL : speedtrap.centropolisfx.com : deny an attempt at blocking one of these places with broken DNS.
