Enforcing sysutils/hal is wrong; if there is no way to disable HAL detection, exists() should be used instead. However, I see that there is --with-hal option available, maybe it's better just set it to "no"? If something is broken in configure script, it should be fixed instead of pulling stuff that only few people actually using these days (and in fact is deprecated upstream AFAIK). ./danfe
