5.0 panics (as I mentioned)

4.1 floppies hang.

I got 4.1 boot.flp (on a disk) to *not* barf on 'going nowhere w/o my init' by
having it be the first disk.

However, all attempts to install with 'All' failed with the "installation
completed with some errors" - which, of course, has debug messages that are
not visible for serial install.
