Folks, I'm trying to install 5.0 release on an old HP Netserver LF. I need to get into the kernel UserConfig. With 4.7, this involved issuing a "boot -c" command before loading the kernel. With 5.0, though, it just loads the entire kernel and never gets to a command prompt. Has anyone else encountered this? Is it a possible bug, or has the syntax possibly changed and not been updated on: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/boot-kernel.html thanks in advance, Brian To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
