As long as mosfet-liquid works to a = >usable level, it should stay in the ports collection (hosted locally, = >if need be). = I disagree with this viewpoint. We have a release coming up, and kde = 3.1, with which liquid is likely not to work (well, or at all), is = close upon us. We have plenty of ports that depend on non-latest versions of other software (such as different versions of Tcl, or HDF, for example). Some of them are also abandoned by their authors, but continue to build and work. There is no need to remove them without replacement. = >> But the software did not "exit". If you are willing to take on that responsibility, then by all = means revert my deletion and provide a place to host the files. Let's put this port back. To reduce the number of bug-reports to kde@, the MAINTAINER can be set to ports@ Please, resurrect the thing.
