[...] Petr, you got the answer but you sent no reply or additional info. The log you attached now is almost identical and contains the same indication (wrong X11BASE) related to your past upgrades. Wrong (deprecated) X11BASE means that you have wrong /usr/ports/Mk/ file(s), or something wrong in /etc/make.conf.
