Probably because it's corrupt, and shouldn't be there. Remove that file, then reinstall the graphics/libart_lgpl2 port. You should then end up with a /usr/local/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.5. After that, make clean in x11-fm/nautilus2, and rebuild.
