AHA I found out what was causing the problem. It wasnt the Network card that failed. It was the CDROM that screwed up the installation process, fixed it by setting it as the master on the second IDE.... Strange that it did work in Windows and NetBSD but not in the FreeBSD installation. Should I report this as a bug?? Anyhow THANKS for all the help, now Im up and running. When installing FreeBSD Im always impressed on how quick and easy it is.
