pecl-scrypt-1.4.2.patch

- Update to 1.4.2
- Add LICENSE_FILE
- Revert PHP 7 support
- Fix PLIST_FILES on TEST option
- Remove compiler stuff (not necessary anymore)
- Take maintainer'ship
