Basically, the source tree /usr/src.

There has been some rearrangement.  The one I noticed was that the
ports tree moved from /usr/src/ports to /usr/ports.  Possibly groff
moved from /usr/src/gnu to /usr/src/contrib, but I couldn't be sure.

On the whole, I would strongly recommend getting the complete sources
in /usr/src.  You may save a little space by removing things you can
get away without, but the time spent trying it would offset the gain.
