Do you have a bug report on this?  What are your precise steps to replicate
this and what are the symptoms?  Your link doesn't explain anything in
detail, it just offers the same nebulous claims of it being "broken".
Perhaps you could at least offer a script(1) file demonstrating your
methodology?
