Not that I can think of, but something like that could be written for 
Enlightenment Sound Daemon. Back in the days we could adjust bass/treble with 
an audio mixer app for the sound card, what happened to that option in 
today's drivers? You could also start using XMMS to play your music, as it 
has a built-in equalizer. I'm sure some other players have that feature too.
