(yes, i've asked. the answer is no, probably never). because of lack of memory and bandwidth, i've broken up my mirroring into sections as: fb1 - /pub/FreeBSD/releases fb2 - /pub/FreeBSD/ports (excluding packages-2.2, packages-3.0, packages-3.1) fb3 - /pub/FreeBSD/development (excluding CTM, FreeBSD-CVS) fb4 - /pub/FreeBSD/doc using CVSup, i'm also mirroring (cvs-all, src-all) /pub/FreeBSD/branches/-current /pub/FreeBSD/branches/2.2-stable /pub/FreeBSD/branches/3.0-stable /pub/FreeBSD/development/FreeBSD-CVS which leads to some questions and suggestions o what is /pub/FreeBSD/development/misc/packages ? o please don't put ISO images in with releases - it would be much better to have /pub/FreeBSD/iso and put iso images there including the 1.2G from /pub/FreeBSD/development/3.2-express are there any things i'm missing, or better ways to do the above ? i'm thinking of breaking down ports now, since it seems to involve updating about 1G every day. -jason jason andrade dstc pty ltd jason@dstc.edu.au senior sysadmin level 7, GPS Building 78 i just wanna be phn +61-7-33654307 university of queensland bluemisty fax +61-7-33654311 queensland 4072 australia and barefooted To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hubs" in the body of the message
