Finally I got hint from http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=27268 Rod posted a useful thread. I installed FreebSD on USB and added his driver(for 9240), compiled the kernel. While installing FreebSD 9.0 RC1, I went into Loader prompt where I unloaded/ loaded kernel. As of now, i can see da0(USB) and disk2(RAID HD) through lsdev but when I went ahead its only displaying da0(the same USB). I have responded to that post. if anyone who can help me how to proceed?
