Hi, I've used the later versions on Linux and there is a diagnostic executable which I run every 5 minutes from a script which sends email to my cell phone if the condition changes. Perhaps DPT has something like that on the FreeBSD side or you can cat /proc something to get the status...I would call them and escalate, the first 2-3 techs won't have a clue what you're talking about...
