      squid's startup script /usr/local/etc/rc.d/squid.sh checks /etc/rc.subr for existence, but doesn't check for /usr/local/etc/rc.subr
(which is used in FreeBSD-4.9).
The result is that the script ignores settings from rc.conf (e.g. username)
