I just tried to download the latest source for the handbook from docproj.html and it said the file or directory doesn't exist. Tried the FAQ and got the same too. I was trying to get this because I just experienced installing X-Free86 (first tried ports and ran out of space, then got binaries) and thought I would write a bit on that for the handbook while it is fresh on my mind (the page on the handbook is empty).
