Database backend options

Unlike other ports, security/vaultwarden is always built with support for a=
ll
supported databases (SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL). The suggested change (=
see
attached patch) would allow users to deselect unused database backends, thus
avoiding unnecessary dependencies.
