Brian, While we are still new to FreeBSD, we just finished configuring (and testing) a web server that will be online soon using the P2L97-DS 440LX AGP motherboard and a single PII-233 with 2.2.6-STABLE. Everything seems to be working fine so far, if that helps. Jerry Preeper > >Check the ASUS part number. > >I recently installed Linux on the ASUS P2-L97 AGP board >and it installed fine, runs fine. I didn't install FBSD, >but the 2.2.6 boot floppy worked fine, I mounted the >file system from CD-ROM#2 and ran several exercizes; all >of the major components are seen. I could do "du /", >"find / -print", and all was OK.
