IPv6 uses  128 bits addresses  not  64 bits.  They'll look like  "ethernet"
adresses in hex : 1234:34bb:2323:876f:dead:beef:c0de:0000.

The test version T4B of bind 4.9.4  does support the  'AAAA' RR for 12 bits
addresses.
