It should be removed shortly, and there seems no reason it shouldn't
appear in tools.  I don't use it myself, but I'll see if I can track
down the source changes for the latest version, and ask someone with
ftp.freebsd.org access to put it there.

I believe Carlos C. Tapang <ctapang@easystreet.com> has done some
recent work on it.
