Yes, 4.2-Stable added support for this RAID controller. (I believe it's really a re-labeled Adaptec, but it might be an AMI.) It's either aac (Adaptec) or amr (AMI MegaRAID). This was added fairly recently, so you really should update your system. Stable is now 4.3-RC and will become 4.3-Stable very soon.
