Really? It doesn't work at all for me, never has (on 4.11 and 5.4).

It seems to hang doing something audio related :(

In the end I wrote my own (modifying an example from the  bktr page) which=
=20
uses the Xv extension to get the video card to do the colour space=20
conversion. Unfortunately it has glitches like for some reason it will=20
randomly lower it's frame rate down to ~10fps and I can't figure out why :(
