This would allow us to do a number of things, such as : 1. Update all of the release notes / documentation for the final release, so that this can be reviewed by our users in RC3 to make sure nothing is left out. 2. Unfreeze RELENG_4, so that regular development can continue. The 'RELENG_4_5_0_RELEASE' tag remains, as always, the label for the final release on the release branch.
