Upgrade ports - OK.

Use CVSup and /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile.

Please don't change anythink in system-wide files, read cvsup(1)
for understand -h key.

Right a superb clear parts for handbook and then submit'em all via
send-pr(1) interface to FreeBSD community.
