Sorry...I thought the UPDATING notice meant that you'd decided for sure that inetd_enable="NO". I've had a bunch of people knocking at the door wanting release notes updates for this. I was holding off on doing this for the same reasons, but if this issue is going to stay "up in the air" much longer, I'm concerned about people running into this change with no release notes or UPDATING text to document it.
