Well, I can't imagine I broke something in ghostscript-gnu by simply adding the hpijs patch that I tested in ghostscript-afpl since it only patches hpijs. Could you please test, if it makes a different, if you remove this patch, simply to test if its the patch or not. I assume the port was broken before or its something in -current. I would test now if I had the time, but I have to hurry now to cure a hacked internet server ...
