The null-modem and your other colocated box can't be used (a la
ftp.cdrom.com)? I can usually keep from having the person on site do
anything except stick in floppies or pushing the reset button. (Hint: When
rackspace is a a premium, use two 1-U servers, or a Sparc IPX or so..
