The newly updated devel/gdb6 now has an option to build the debugger GUI (Insight). It builds, but the GUI is broken, because instead of using the ancient version of ITk/ITcl bundled with Insight, I chose to rely on the itk and itcl ports. If you know [incr tcl] (object-oriented extension for Tcl), and are interested in helping out, please, build the port with the GUI-option on and try to make it run (resolve the Tcl errors popping up, when accessing menu buttons, etc.) by modifying the scripts under ${PREFIX}/lib/insight1.0 Thanks! -mi
