Hi, Is there an equivalent to 'vipw' when editing the NIS master password file in /var/yp? From my reading of the manual pages, it seems as if a user in the NIS database were to change their password at the same time as 'root' on the NIS server is adding a new user then there is potential for data corruption/loss. Or am I missing something that safeguards against this?
