Hernes" Sender: owner-cvs-all@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk This'll let you build boot images for floppy or network. It has been tested both my Intel eepro100's and Doug's. It doesn't work with my 3c509. This port is intended as a starting point for developing netbooting systems. If it works for you as is, great. If it doesn't, patches and code will be graciously accepted. We've booted ELF kernels both with the old load address and the kernels as recent as Wednesday (4/14/99) The dependancy on linux_devel has been replaced by a dependancy on devel/bcc, which does everything we need (or so it seems). So you no longer have to wait all night for the linux_* ports to download, just to make 32K boot images ;-) Luck, Eric "Eric L.
