Can someone tell me where I find rsaref20.1996.tar.Z for use with SSH?

I am trying to install ssh.

Using the ports,

/usr/ports/security/ssh -># make install

I get the following
....
===>   ssh-1.2.27 depends on file: /nonexistent - not found
===>    Verifying extract for /nonexistent in /usr/ports/security/rsaref
