I'm sure I admit I didn't look at the filtering possibilities offered by Squid, but I would filter by finding offensive words more than once. And also maybe by not finding some expected/legal contents (related to the topic of the users are working on). Going only by file name is not enough, but site names usually are obvious (to attract visitors).
