Can you elaborate on this?  What happens?  What errors do you get?

As a note, the ep0 driver isn't in the best shape currently.  I don't
think any of these problems point to the driver, but keep it in mind.

Looks perfectly good here.

Try setting this to

routerflags=NO

Routed has been known to cause odd problems.
