My goof. :( Some of my config files started using "device" instead of "controller" somewhere along the way (I keep skeleton config files from release to release). However, config doesn't print a warning when I use "device" instead of "controller" for the ncr and ahc drivers, and the kernels generated work fine. -- Brian Tao (BT300, taob@io.org, taob@ican.net) Senior Systems and Network Administrator, Internet Canada Corp.
