hello all,
i just wanted to let you all know,
that this patch will/might help you in reducing
traffic to send-pr.html.

the current link to send-pr.html from
/docproj/submiting.sgml points straight to
http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html.  This patch will
help submitting.sgml take advantage of the mirror and
not straight to freebsd.org/send-pr.html, which could
help reduce traffic, or just point to its local
mirror.

It is a UUEncoded Patch.
