Subject:   how to get the IP address of someone logging into the server on the console

When I login to my FreeBSD box using putty... there something appears on
the console indicating the time and the terminal I used.  I want to take
it beyond this... I want to also be able to see the IP address I was using
when I logged into the machine.

Is there anyway to do this?

Any and all help will be appreciated.
