I accidentally had Norton Antivirus repair my boot sector after it thought that the FreeBSD boot manager was a virus. I am trying to dual boot windows 98 and FreeBSD. I tried the following the instructions that I got from the FAQ. I booted from the boot disks and went to the post configuration menu. I selected fdisk, set the partition as bootable, then selected boot manager from the following menu. This had no effect. I tried using the program that is mention in th FAQ before and it didnt work either. Any suggestions?
