Flint2 can be linked with ntl, providing more capabilities.
(e.g. Sagemath (http://sagemath.org) needs flint2 to be built this way).
On FreeBSD you's configure flint with the option
`--with-ntl=/usr/local`, assuming FreeBSD has ntl installed from
ports.

Is this a reasonable request to ask for flint2 to be linked with ntl
and available in such a configuration by default?

Thanks,
Dmitrii
