Greetings!
    xview/lib/libxview/textsw/ei_text.c defines ISCNTRL macro
apparently expecting char (from CHAR) to be unsigned.  Is it
preferable to hack ISCNTRL to cast appropriately?  Or define
char to be unsigned?
