I recommend to omit the noop changes to files such as
cad/elmerfem/files/patch-post-src-elmerpost.h which only change the
datestamp.  (That makes it hardware to follow changes later on.)

And somehow the patch file does not contain the string "calculix"
anywhere, but appears to be about cad/elmerfem ?  I'm I confused
somehow (or did you mean to attach a different patch)?

Either way, for the attached patch I suggest to merge
  +CMAKE_ARGS+=3D    -DWITH_MPI:BOOL=3DTRUE
  +CMAKE_ARGS+=3D -DWITH_Mumps:BOOL=3DTRUE=20
into a single line.
