3) To disable reboot, you have two choices: edit the keymap or add the
option in the kernel.

5) For the second option: Edit your kernel file, check that part of my
kernel and recompile it:

# syscons is the default console driver, resembling an SCO console
device          sc0     at isa? port "IO_KBD" tty irq 1 vector scintr
options         SC_HISTORY_SIZE=1000
options         SC_DISABLE_REBOOT       # disable reboot key sequence
